| Description: Lt. Tambini in flight over the
China Lake test ranges with a Shrike under each wing. The small tube
above the tail pipe sprays a fluid that turns to smoke when mixed
with the exhaust making it easy for the range cameras to track the
run. Plane captain was Joe Delorey. |
