VMA-134 which was reactivated 15 April 1958 at Los Alamitos, California, as Marine Fighter Squadron 134, Organized Marine Corps Reserve (Aviation).
- 01 JUL 1962:
Redesignated as Marine Attack Squadron 134, Marine Air Reserve Training Detachment, Marine Air Reserve Training Command, Los Alamitos, California.
- FEB 1965:
Reassigned during February 1965 to Marine Aircraft Group 43, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.
- JAN 1971:
Moved to El Toro, CA. About this time the unit began to fly Skyhawks.
- 1996:
Moved to NAS Miramar, CA.
- 11 AUGUST 2007:
Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 134 is dis-established. It was assignned to Fourth Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Aircraft Group 46 stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego CA.
