 Training Squadron SEVEN Winging of October 18, 1991 Lieutenant Junior Grade ROBERT BUELL BASSETT, United States Navy is a 1989 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. During Advanced Strike Training he earned two Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy and a Navy "E" for strafing accuracy. Lieutenant Bassett carrier qualified in the North American T-2C Buckeye on board the United States Ship LEXINGTON (AVT-16) in January and in the Douglas TA-4J Skyhawk on September 18, 1991 on board the United States Ship SARATOGA (CV-60).  Lieutenant Junior Grade LUIS DIAZ-BEDIA, Spanish Navy is a native of Cartagena, Spain and a graduate of the Spanish Naval Academy. During Advanced Strike Training he received a Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. Lieutenant Diaz-Bedia carrier qualified on March 30, 1991 in the North American T-2C Buckeye on board the United States Ship FORRESTAL (CV-59).  Ensign JOHNNY TERRANCE BOMAN JR, United States Navy Reserve is a 1987 graduate of Florida Community College of Jacksonville where he received a Associate of Arts degree in Business. During Advanced Strike Training he received one Navy "E" for rocket firing accuracy. Ensign Bowman carrier qualified in the North American T-2C Buckeye on board the United States Ship LEXINGTON (AVT-16) in January and in the Douglas TA-4J Skyhawk on September 18, 1991 on board the United States Ship SARATOGA (CV-60).  Lieutenant Junior Grade ALBERTO GONZALEZ-CELA, Spanish Navy is a native of Rota, Spain and a graduate of the Spanish Naval Academy. During Advanced Strike Training he received a Navy "E" for strafing accuracy. Lieutenant Gonzalez-Cela carrier qualified on March 31, 1991 in the North American T-2C Buckeye on board the United States Ship FORRESTAL (CV-59).  Ensign WALTER MAX SLAUGHTER, United States Navy Reserve attended Texas A & M University where he studied Aerospace Engineering before entering the Navy under the NAVCAD Program. He was named to the Commodore's List during Intermediate and Advanced Flight Training. Ensign Slaughter carrier qualified in the North American T-2C Buckeye on board the USS LEXINGTON (AVT-16) in January and in the Douglas TA-4J Skyhawk on September 16, 1991 on board the United States Ship SARATOGA (CV-60).  Lieutenant Junior Grade GLEN ALAN ZURLO, United States Navy is a 1989 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. During Advanced Strike Training he received two Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy. Lieutenant Zurlo carrier qualified in the North American T-2C Buckeye on board the United States Ship LEXINGTON (AVT-16) in January and in the Douglas TA-4J Skyhawk on September 19, 1991 on board the United States Ship SARATOGA (CV-60). |
