Lieutenant Junior Grade JOHN RYAN BECKER, United States Navy
is a 1998 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Lieutenant Becker was named to the Commodore's List during Primary Flight Training, and to the Commodore's List with Distinction during Advanced Flight Training. Becker earned four Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy during Advanced Strike Training. Additionally, Lieutenant Becker was designated a distinguished Naval Graduate.
