Ensign Bugane is a 1994 graduate of the Francesco De Pinedo Aeronautical School where he received a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering. During Advanced Strike Training Bugane earned a Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. Ensign Bugane carrier qualified on May 10, 2000 in the Boeing T-45C Goshawk on board the United States Ship ENTERPRISE (CVN-65).  Lieutenant GREGORY DANIEL BYERS United States Navy is a 1992 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lieutenant Byers is a jet transition student who formerly flew the HH-60H Seahawk with Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron EIGHT at Naval Air Station North Island, California. During Advanced Strike Training Byers earned a Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. Lieutenant Byers carrier qualified on May 9, 2000 in the Boeing T-45C Goshawk on board the United States Ship ENTERPRISE (CVN-65).  Lieutenant Junior Grade BRICE DAVID CASEY United States Navy Reserve is a 1997 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and the University of Maryland where he earned a Master of Science degree, both in Aerospace Engineering. Lieutenant Casey was named to the Commodore's List during Primary Flight Training and earned four Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy during Advanced Strike Training. Lieutenant Junior Grade DAVID DOMINIQUE DESFOUGERES French Navy is a native of Concarneau, France. Lieutenant Desfougeres is a 1997 graduate of the French Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics. During Advanced Strike Training Desfougeres earned a Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. Lieutenant Junior Grade NICHOLAS ANDREW HUDSON United States Navy Reserve is a 1997 graduate of the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to commencing flight training, Lieutenant Hudson was prior enlisted, serving as a Nuke Machinist Mate on submarines. During this time he attended Navy Dive School, served aboard the United States Ship NARWHAL (SSN-671), United States Ship MARIANO U. VALLEJO (SSBN-658), and instructed at 51W and MTS 626 prototypes.
