During Advanced Strike Training Brown earned two Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy. Ensign GIORDANO CAPOVILLA, ITALIAN NAVY is a native of Rome, Italy. Ensign Capovilla is a 1996 graduate of Rome Technical Institute where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics of Flight. During Advanced Strike Training Capovilla received three Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy. GALLAGHER, United States Marine Corps is a 1996 graduate of California State University at Sacramento where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During Advanced Strike Training Lieutenant Gallagher received three Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy.
