Training Squadron SEVEN Winging of December 17, 1999

Naval Aviator students in this "Winging" group where with the VT-23 "Professionals" for their advanced flight training. These students completed some of their training with VT-23 but were not "Winged" before VT-23 disestablished on September 30, 1999 and its students transferred to Training Squadron SEVEN "Eagles". These students are technically a product of VT-7. Training Squadron SEVEN's first T-45C Goshawk student Naval Aviator Class number 2011 began October 4, 1999.


First Lieutenant JON-PAUL CHRISTOPER ARCHER, United States Marine Corps Reserve
is a 1996 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara where Lieutenant Archer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Aquatic Science. During Advanced Strike Training Archer received five Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy. First Lieutenant Archer carrier qualified October 31, 1999 in the T-45C Boeing Goshawk on board the United States Ship HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75).


Lieutenant Junior Grade MARK JAMES CALLARI, United States Navy
is a 1996 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lieutenant Callari was named to the Commodore's List during Primary Flight Training and earned three Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy during Advanced Strike Training. Lieutenant Callari carrier qualified October 31, 1999 in the T-45C Boeing Goshawk on board the United States Ship HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75).


Lieutenant Junior Grade ZACHARY SALAS, United States Navy
is a 1997 graduate of the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. During Advanced Strike Training Salas received two Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy. Lieutenant Salas carrier qualified October 31, 1999 in the T-45C Boeing Goshawk on board the United States Ship HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75).


First Lieutenant RAYMOND HERBERT SCHERZER, United States Marine Corps Reserve
is a 1996 graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management/Flight Technology. Lieutenant Scherzer was named to the Commodore's List during Advanced Flight Training and earned one Navy "E" for bombing accuracy during Advanced Strike Training. First Lieutenant Scherzer carrier qualified October 31, 1999 in the T-45C Boeing Goshawk on board the United States Ship HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75).


First Lieutenant SAMUEL CASEY SCHOOLFIELD, United States Marine Corps Reserve
is a 1995 graduate of the University of South Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Lieutenant Schoolfield was named to the Commodore's List for Academics during Advanced Flight Training. First Lieutenant Schoolfield carrier qualified October 31, 1999 in the T-45C Boeing Goshawk on board the United States Ship HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75).
