Lieutenant Junior Grade BRETT ALEXANDER PUGSLEY United States Navy Reserve is a 1997 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lieutenant Pugsley was named to the Commodore's List during Primary and Intermediate Flight Training and earned two Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy during Advanced Strike. Lieutenant Pugsley carrier qualified on March 21, 2000 in the Boeing T-45C Goshawk on board the United States Ship HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75).
