He is a 1993 graduate of Montpellier University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. During Advanced Strike Training he earned one Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. He carrier qualified in the TA-4J on board the United States Ship GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) on May 18, 1999 and received co - "Best at the Boat" honors during that CQ evolution. ![]() First Lieutenant FREDERICK MONROE PIERCE III, USMCR "Flamer" is a 1995 graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science. He carrier qualified in the TA-4J on board the United States Ship GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) on May 18,1999. ![]() Lieutenant ARTHUR RANDALL WAGNER, USN "Wags" is a 1991 graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Prior to transitioning to jets, Lieutenant Wagner flew the SH-60B "Seahawk" with HSL-46 in Mayport, Florida. During Advanced Strike Training he received three Navy "E's" for bombing accuracy. He carrier qualified in the TA-4J on board the United States Ship GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) on May 18, 1999 and received co -"Best at the Boat" honors during that CQ evolution. |
