She carrier qualified in the TA-4 on board the United States Ship GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) on June 30, 1999.  Lieutenant Junior Grade CARRINE NOELLE PALM, USN is a 1996 graduate of the University if California, Irvine where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She carrier qualified in the TA-4 on board the United States Ship GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) on June 30, 1999.  First Lieutenant BRIAN ANDREW SKOUSE, USMCR is a 1995 graduate of the Kansas University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Physics. He was named to the Commodore's list during Intermediate/Advanced Flight Training for Academics. He received a Navy "E" for Strafing. He carrier qualified in the TA-4 on board the United States Ship GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) on June 30, 1999 and was named "Top Hook" for that CQ evolution.  Captain LUIS EDUARDO VILLALOBOS, USMC is a 1993 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering.
