KENNEDY (CV-67) on March 9,1999.  Ensign GREGORY CELLIER, FRENCH NAVY "Fancy" Ensign CELLIER is a native of St. Denis-Reunion, France. He is a 1994 graduate of Reunion University where he received a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Physics. During Advanced Strike Training he earned one Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. He carrier qualified in the TA-4J on board the UNITED STATES SHIP JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67) on March 9, 1999 and was designated "Best at the Boat" for that CQ evolution.  Ensign FRANCOIS CHARRY, FRENCH NAVY "Buster" Ensign CHARRY is a native of Lyon, France. He is a 1994 graduate of Les Chartreux University where he received a degree in Economics. During Advanced Strike Training he earned one Navy "E" for bombing accuracy. He carrier qualified in the TA-4J on board the UNITED STATES SHIP JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67) on March 9,1999.  Lieutenant MICHAEL R. DERESPINIS, USN "Slinger" is a 1996 graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree in Aviational Safety. Prior to commencing jet training, Lieutenant DeRespinis flew P-3's for VP-45 out of Jacksonville, Florida. He will be transitioning to the EA-6B Prowler. He carrier qualified in the TA-4J on board the UNITED STATES SHIP JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67) on March 9, 1999.  Ensign AYMERIC DE VALENCE, FRENCH NAVY "D" Ensign DE VALENCE is a native of Roanne, France. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Roanne where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. During Advanced Strike Training he earned one Navy "E" for bombing accuracy and one Navy "E" for strafing accuracy.
